Domestic Maruha Nichiro Products Introduced in Vietnam

Maruha Nichiro Corporation (Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo: President and CEO Masaru Ikemi) is pleased to announce the sale of six frozen food products in Vietnam. The products will be manufactured at our directly managed plant in Japan and marketed in Vietnam by Sai Gon Food Joint Stock Company (Head Office: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).
Vietnam is one of the most rapidly advancing economies in Southeast Asia, which is expected to lead to an increasingly diverse food culture. Maruha Nichiro’s New Medium-term Management Plan: For the ocean, for life MNV 2024 includes the key initiative of strategic investment in growth driver business domains. Under this initiative, introducing the six products fulfills our mandate to enhance the development and sales of frozen foods for the Vietnamese market and further broadens development of Maruha Nichiro products in overseas markets.
